Superior hotel with a beautiful garden. 10 mins walk to the centre. What's more, getting to perth and kinross council on foot takes about 15 mins. We liked an ironing set, flat-screen TV and a seating area...

The property is just a walk down to greyfriars burial ground. The location is marvelous, adjacent to everything we wanted to visit.

no reason to complain with the hotel. excellent place for a weekend in perth! it was so close to oak pond. free wi-fi was working perfectly.
